Volunteerism is therefore a key pillar of our foundation, and also forms part of the core values of Arc Kenya. The growth of all our projects, big and small, would not be possible without the participation, dedication and commitment of volunteers.

Our volunteers play a critical role in ensuring the success of our partnership projects for promoting development and reducing poverty. Arc Kenya hosts both local and international volunteers who also get an opportunity to learn and appreciate Kenya’s diverse cultures and peoples. Our placements are designed to meet the stated needs of communities and build on one another to support the development of vulnerable families over the long-term. We welcome volunteer recruits with both basic and wide range of skills sets and expertise to make a difference in our communities through Arc-Kenya.
