The guest rooms and conference facilities are located at the ARO center in the North Sakwa area of Siaya County about 50 kilometers from Kisumu International Airport, within the Kisumu city.

We offer competitive conference facilities suitable for all organizations and groups including the corporate sector, government institutions, NGOs and other national and local institutions. Our facilities offer affordable accommodation of an African-style for people who want to experience the beautiful rural life, food, culture and the hospitality of the local Luo community. Our rooms are spacious clean and comfortable with private bathrooms with hot shower. Access to internet through Wi-Fi is enabled for ease of communication by our guests. We also have children friendly environment, garden shades ideal for reading, ample and secure parking, laundry including ironing facilities, 24 hr reception and no curfew to movement during day and night time.
